Jenga looks to create long term and mutually beneficial partnerships with our portfolio companies.
We can provide between $50,000 - $300,000 USD in debt capital. We expect our businesses to create a proposal indicating how much funding they are looking for, how the funding will impact their business and a detailed overview of their business. Our due diligence process includes reviewing of financial information, reference checks with key suppliers and customers and other legal/regulatory review.
We feel that communication is the key to any successful partnership, and as such, we expect to be involved and included in decision making. We aim to support our businesses however we can, but we cannot provide any technical assistance at this time.
